If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully below to ensure a smooth return process. This returns policy applies exclusively to purchases made on our website and does not extend to any purchases made in-store.

RETURNS POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of jewellery, swimwear, or lingerie if hygiene seals or tags have been removed. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or damaged. All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Return Process:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item.
Register your return here.
Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return your order back to us for an exchange or refund. Any goods returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us at info@kitchclothing.co.uk or call the store on 01892 513613 to ensure that we have the item you wish to exchange in stock. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service
Damaged or Defective Items:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a repair, replacement or refund. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be reimbursed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Process:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchased an item online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your items if you wish to return them. Please contact our customer service team here, with your order number and the reason for cancellation. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us.
ORDER MODIFICATION
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at info@kitchclothing.co.uk or call the store on 01892 513613. Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to modify your order.
